Scheduled - Due to unanticipated Service issues, we will be reverting the US, EU, and AU regions back to 2019.18 from 2019.20 (released October 10th). These changes will commence tonight (October 12th). We know that our customers may have welcomed and utilized new features or functions within the Service which were introduced in the latest release. Since these features will be temporarily removed, we wanted to advise these changes. We will begin the reversion process at 2:00 PM AEDT. Customers may experience periods of slowness when accessing the Service during the rollback process.

Additional communication regarding our 2019.20 re-release will be forthcoming next week. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Identified - We are aware of and investigating an issue with being unable to open documents using older versions of ndOffice (2.2 and prior.)
We are actively working to rectify this issue.
Please be aware that users may experience some slowness whilst we undertake this work.
