In our continued efforts to maintain and improve the NetDocuments Platform, we are planning to transition off of our existing Cisco firewalls to new Palo Alto firewalls in Sydney on Sunday, 23 May beginning at Midnight 00:00 and continuing for one (1) hour to 01:00 (1:00am). The Service will be unavailable for one (1) hour and should resume normal operation at 01:00 (1:00am), Sunday, 23 May. Please contact our Support Center regarding any questions.
