Support Email Issue

Resolved - We have identified and resolved the cause of our support email address issue.
For a time earlier this week we have had an issue receiving emails to support@netdocuments.com. The web portal has still been functional and working for existing tickets and new tickets logged via the web.
While this has been resolved, we will continue our work to restore previously received ticket updates and new tickets.
