Identified
NetDocuments has identified an issue with the AU Service that is affecting the ability to download multiple files at the same time. We are implementing a fix that should resolve this issue in the next 2 hours. The Service remains reachable, and the issue appears only to be present for some customers when downloading multiple files at the same time.

If you are experiencing this issue, you can download a single file, or in some cases logging out and back into the Service can allow multiple file downloads.

We will continue to provide updates to this post as the issue is diagnosed and resolved.
