Scheduled Maintenance Window with Downtime - Platform Migration - AU Service

Following our recent communications, the NetDocuments AU Service region will undergo a Scheduled Maintenance Window outside of regional business hours from Saturday, 24 October 2026 at 01:00 am AEDT to 01:00 pm AEDT to perform our previously announced platform migration with IP address changes.

Users should plan on the platform being unavailable for much of this maintenance window as we expect extended periods of downtime.

If you plan to be working on documents during the maintenance window, you can check out the documents before the maintenance window commences and use "Offline mode" in ndOffice. Your documents and any saved changes will be kept locally until you go back Online in ndOffice.
