Indexing delays in AU Service

Resolved

NetDocuments experienced a delay in indexing on 15 April 2025 in the AU Service. If new documents were added between 9:00 AM and 11:00am, it is possible they would not have been immediately available in search results or visible in Workspaces.

As of 11:10 AM, we had identified the issue and the indexing queues had processed all outstanding requests, and new document indexing times had returned to normal operating levels.
